2008 Goals
1.) To lose 15 pounds with a reach of 20-pounds by May 1st to improve my power/weight ratio.
2.) Strengthen core to prevent back soreness on bike and to be able to ride with no hands for 25 feet, before crashing.
3.) See Tour de Georgia in person.
4.) Ride 5 centuries in 2008.
5.) Keep the main field in site on the Monday night CCCP rides.
Great set of goals. I lost 15 lbs last year figuring it was easier for me to lose it than fine a bike that weightd only 2 pounds. I was surprised that increased milage alone didn’t change things but eating smarter did.
When you pick your century rides post them in the events section and envite others along.
If it’s not already on your list I recommend ‘reach the beach’ - its well run and a beautiful course.
These sound like some great goals!
Oh, and I love your header image!
